1. Use X-acto knife to carve the foam out
between the skins of the center joint to make
a reinforcement cavity for the attachment bolt.
This cavitiy will be filled
with epoxy and micro-balloons to form a hard point.

2. Use X-acto knife to carve the foam out
between the spars of the polyhedral joint of
the throwing wing. Clean the inside spar surface
for good adhesion. This cavitiy will be filled
with epoxy and micro-balloons to form a strong link
between the spar caps and prevent delamination of
the bottom spar cap.

3. Tape one of the polyhedral joints on the bottom.

4. Open the joint. Use a small nail
to punch holes in the foam to allow for better epoxy
penetration into the foam.
