Two negative and two positive wires are twisted together and soldered to one pin each pair. Signal wires get separate pins. One pin is left for optional antenna in the wing (not shown). Do not forget shrink tubing. |

Twist the wires and hide them in the exit hole. Glue the connector to the wing surface with CA. |

Use two servo pigtails to make a wire harness. You only need the signal wire from the second pigtail. Antenna wire is soldered to the extra pin of you choose to use an antenna in the wing. |

Attach the servo arms to the servos. They should be pointing either straight down or slightly back, since the ailerons will have more total travel down (as flaperons) than up. Make sure the servos are centered before attaching the arms. |

Fix the ailerons from moving by taping the roots with masking tape. |
| 52.
Prepare the aileron control horns - about 17-18mm from the hole to the bottom of the horn. |
| 53.
Mark and cut the slot for the control horns straight downstream from the servo arms. |

Simply place a rule next to the servo arm and make a cut with X-acto knife. |

Insert the control horns all the way to the bottom (top actually, since the wing is up side down) skin. |

Make a Z-bend or J-bend on one end of the pushrod wire. Insert it into the sero arm. |
| 57.
Make the second bend exactly at the control horn hole. |
| 58.
Cut the extra wire and finish the rear end of the control rod. |
| 59.
Attach a pushrod keeper made from a piece of the fuselage pushrod. Use a drop of CA and a shrink tube to attach it to the wire. |
| 60.
Back to the fuselage. Tap the rear attachment hole with 8-32 tap. Apply thin CA to the threads (do not fill the hole with glue!), let the glue set. Re-tap the threads again. |
